TEENS & YOUNG ADULTS | PROJECT REVAMP
The vision of Project Revamp is to be able to foster an environment that will help teens and young adults to understand and apply the Word of God, while building a relationship with God, self, and others.
Motto: “We Are Trendsetters” because we refuse to follow the trends or patterns of the world, but will be ambassadors to win other teens and young adults to Christ. During our sessions we will be able to gather information in order to tear down the walls of low self-esteem, peer pressure, negative thinking, violence, pride, lack of communication, education, and etc. to build a better now and future.
Tagline: We are Under Construction! We are all a working progress.
At Phase I, the teens are trying to find themselves, but we will offer self-esteem building to help bridge the gap between God and the world.
At Phase II, the youth adults are trying to explore the world around them, while maintaining their identity in Christ and grow in their relationship with God.
Phase I & II Construction Goals:
Spiritual Growth:
• Help teens and young adults develop a personal relationship with God through prayer, worship, and Bible study.
• Teach them to apply biblical principles to their everyday lives and decision-making.
Identity and Purpose:
• Encourage them to discover their God-given identity, gifts, and talents.
• Help them understand their purpose and how they can make an impact in the world.
Building Community:
• Create a safe, welcoming space where teens and young adults can form authentic friendships and find a sense of belonging.
• Encourage accountability and support through small groups and mentorship.
Navigating Life’s Challenges:
• Equip them to handle issues like peer pressure, mental health struggles, relationships, and career decisions with a biblical foundation.
• Provide guidance on how to maintain faith and integrity in a culture that often opposes Christian values.
Leadership Development:
• Empower young people to take on leadership roles in their church, schools, and communities.
• Teach them to lead by example and serve others with humility and love.
Programs include Construction Lessons, Retreats and Social Outings, Workshops and Training, Jam Sessions, Sleepovers, Mentor Program, Evangelism, and Community Integration.
All teens and young adults are invited to attend our Youth Real Talk entitled, “Construction Lessons.” Sessions will be held monthly every 3rd Wednesday via Zoom. On the construction site you will be able to learn more about God on your level, building self-esteem, learning about mental balance, finances, and so much more. Our sessions are a no judgement or hate zone.
